big one day pop-up of 2.3lbs which instantly bummed me out, even after having only taken in roughly 1,600 cals. But then I decided to look back over the last week and see that I'm still down 3.7lbs for the last seven days and tell myself too remember that it's a journey not a trip.
307.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

👎 those days suck. even tho you know you actually didn't gain that amount of fat over night , it's still a huge bummer to see the scale go the wrong way after putting in all the effort. just don't let it get you off track.
