Oops, I did it again. I ate more than the day before but not enough to prevent another weight loss. Yesterday I ate barely under goal, far exceeded my protein goal, and met all activity goals. 789 kcal deficit // BF↓0.1% // missed Sleep Goal
148.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
