Thank you Liela, really appreciate it. Have been dealt so many knocks (non-weight-related) in the past two months, am feeling close to throwing in the towel. Am away for a week in the ‘Berg to reset, and am probably going to cringe at the scale when I get back, but think relaxing on this escape is important before brushing myself off and re-setting. Went swimming with the boys today (yes, in the mountains in the middle of winter!!) and hubby thanked me for putting my issues aside and getting into a swimming costume to be there for our boys. So think I am doing something right.

@Sheawyn , sorry to hear about all the things you've been going through🌹. Life has its ups and downs. Soon it'll all go better😊. Enjoy your little getaway break and forget about all the bad, negative things. Focus on the good and relax your mind, body and soul and get recharged for next week. There's so much to be thankful for, you have a beautiful family and a supportive husband❤. And look at you for putting your insecurities and worries aside. I bet you were rocking that bathing suit in anycase👏. Proud of you momma. Take it one day at a time.

Thanks as always for the supportive comments. I think taking a week away to enjoy family time, good food and beautiful surroundings, away from “normal” life, did me a world of good. Now feeling excited to start a new leg in my healthier-me journey, instead of feeling completely drained and defeated as I did before.
