Did my 4 hours of exercise this week, but didn't make the 16 for the month and has some really bad days craving bread and carbs. Well, Monday is a new month so will restart my effort towards that 67kg goal.
151.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
