End of my challenge and I’m at 90kgs again 😢. It’s a new beginning for me and I will not fail this time.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

same here ..after 2 weeks end up going up and then down to initial weight 😑 - but this week we get that blue line for sure, my weight day is Sunday - Strong!! 💪😊

We can’t be too hard of ourselves...life happens. What we can do is get up and get on with it again. We can do this!!! 💪🏽😅
