I do like the rebellious nature of protein club, but I think the high carb club has only 3 or 4 members, and what would they do without me championing the cause? 😂😆🏃‍♀️

Hahah Jamie. That’s hilarious. I did a carb loaded Sunday . But I just finished a cardioboxing workout . I felt so sleepy after eating so much bread. I had to take pre workout to wake up. Unfortunately I will have to continue in the protein club for a while 😂😂

So I can’t actively recruit you to join high carb club? I did see the delicious bread,, but it’s been a long time since I’ve eaten bread, and if I was going to eat it, freshly baked , warm out of the oven with some butter on would be just perfect! 🍞

Protein club does seem like fun, with all those chocolate breakfasts, lunches and dinners, with added meat , but would feel like I’m cheating on my 3 high carb friends 😂🍠 🍍

🤭🤭 all made with diet friendly ingredients 🤣 I haven’t had a sweet potato in a while but I decided to buy quinoa or something similar. It just needs to go in the microwave but I don’t know with what protein that goes well 🤨

All these grains, quinoa, buckwheat, bulgur, will go with anything you would have the rice with, they are just arguably better for us as they all have lots of fibre where as rice doesn’t!, and all cook in the same way, as rice does, so I think you made a stroganoff for example, that would go with it, or a chilli, a curry, anything saucy and meaty 😂

I like to keep my meals diverse.. I’ll start introducing some of those grains to my diet whenever I fancy rice for example. Stay tuned ! 🤣

Unless you ask me for tips , it’s your diet and what works for you and suits you. For a vegetarian I’m seen as an omnivore for example. 🤣

Yes Jamie, I was called omnivore by a vegetarian but I think it’s very complimentary. She didn’t mean to offend anyway. 🤣
