The last 10 pounds are going much much slower than first 30 pounds I lost. However if I average out the weight loss as 1 pound per week I still have until mid October to hit my goal. The turtle is my hero 😍
187.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
