A little after Yoga/ toning exercise sitting....soaking up some Vitamin D 🌤 The day started off rainy. I watched the baby wrens leave the nest over coffee. One of them has been leaning pretty far out of the door of the birdhouse for a couple of days so I knew their taking off was imminent.

I was scrolling thru my FB Memories yesterday & came upon a photo from 2009 I'd shared of me with my siblings @ Christmas. 😧 I've seen this photo many times before but I looked at it thinking "I don't remember being so fat"! I don't know what I weighed....it must have been about 170-180. I have my 2 PC. swimsuit hanging on my closet door to remind me to exercise. Maybe I should keep a copy of this photo visible to remind me I don't want to go backwards.

I had a substantial brunch so my snack this afternoon is a bowl of Smart 50 popcorn. Taco Salad for dinner.

When my Sis & I had lunch on Friday we were comparing weight loss notes. She's maintaining her loss & she was cute. She said she was actually a couple of lbs. under her low range so she could have the complimentary yeast rolls they serve at O'Charley's. 🥐🥐 She had 2....with butter 🧈 ☺ It's nice to be able to enjoy a treat....no guilt. I'm envious that's she's taller than I am so she has more leeway than I do & still looks slender. I ate 1 roll 🥐

Weight is up today....need to "Eat Smart" for a couple days. I'm only .2 over goal but I was liking being under by a couple of lbs.



145.2 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
