, finally getting serious lost 9 lbs in the last 7 days no sugar limited wheat all is well God is good
268.4 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 100.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1983 kcal Fat: 40.70g | Prot: 97.27g | Carb: 315.56g.   Breakfast: Wegmans Watermelon, Milk (Nonfat) , Oatmeal. Lunch: Snack Pack Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding, Abner's Coleslaw, Ore-Ida Sweet Potato Fries, Au Jus Roast Beef Submarine Sandwich on Roll. Dinner: Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom No Sugar Added Chocolate Ice Cream, Brown and Wild Rice, Kroger Extra Long Asparagus Spears, Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Giant Food Bananas (Large), Kroger Mini Twist Pretzels. more...
