Oops! Eating over my allowed 1900 calories 2 days in a row may have contributed to a gain. I woke up earlier than usual & weighed early so I think that did, too. Hubby poured me a 2nd glass of wine last night after dinner....I had been debating & thinking I'd skip it cause I was close to my calorie limit. I still had dessert but chose a 60 calorie Pomegranate Outshine Pop. Those were always my go to desserts when I was "losing" weight. My average calories for the week still came in under 1800.

It's another day with overcast one minute....sun the next. Sitting outside & it looks like rain. The high is only supposed to be high 70's....unusual for July in Georgia. It is nice to not have to deal with overwhelming heat & humidity.

Our walk yesterday was abbreviated when it started drizzling a little while we were out. Of course the sun came out as soon as we got back to the house 😏 I did do my Yoga/ toning routine. I had almost decided to do it indoors but got a bit of sunshine so was able to do it outside.

Grocery shopping is planned for Wednesday so I have to come up with meals (dinner) for 2 days. I have leftover venison stew (may have to add some more veggies), so that may be tonight's dinner. I have plenty of fresh fruit & Bagels for breakfast & lunch can always be creative so I'm good.

I put a load of laundry in and I need to go clean the bathroom....guess I better get to it.

We had a short rain shower but I see some blue sky. I'll fit my exercise routine in....hopefully outside in a bit.

144.8 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
