Feels good to see a loss even with 2 weeks of no gym. Walking and online home workouts have been so helpful. I’m glad the gyms are supposed to open today but I’m going to wait out the current unrest in Durban. I will not put myself or my car at risk... If you are in SA, stay safe.
190.5 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
