I'll take 1/2 lb after this last week. For the longest time it's been in the opposite direction even though I was exercising hours per week after work.
Anyways...another funeral this week for 25 year girl killed by smoke inhalation. Last week it was my Aunt who's time had come but this week its for a young woman who should have had more time on this earth. She was the daughter of my daughters lifetime best friend...pretty much family. She put something on her stove to cook and fell asleep. It overheated and ended up killing her and her 3 dogs. Everyone needs to check their batteries in their smoke detectors and realize food on the stove can kill you. It's the first time I ever heard of this happening.
