I know I’m retaining water because I ate too much bread over the weekend. When I weighed myself at the start of the weekend I weighed less... So I’m not too worried about this gain.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
