Lots of biking with controlled eating is what's currently working for me.

Chicago's winters are long so I plan to make hay while the sun shines. My goal is still to hit my next target by October 12. With 14 pounds to go, that should be doable. As a stretch goal, I'd like to try to get there by my birthday in late August. Let's see how that goes.
