FALLING OFF THE WAGON IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!! I not only fell but was run over then left for dead. This past week has been the worst week ever. It's not like I ate a lot just ate completely wrong. I don't even want to mention the fact that I didn't work out. I wouldn’t eat breakfast; eat a sandwich or some sort of dip for lunch, then usually whatever I felt like for dinner. It was awful. Hunger took over and since I had become accustomed to eating every 3 hrs my body thought it was starving. Oh how awful! Have I said that already? My self pity is suffocating but I am beginning to breathe again... This morning I had yogurt and water for breakfast. I know it isn’t as much as I am used to eating (usually yogurt is accompanied by some sort of granola or breakfast bar or an egg) but it is a start. Cheers to back on track, hopefully. <clink>
