Must have retained water since I ate under goal & was active yesterday. No problem.

So I found a top @ Walmart to match my swimsuit bottoms. It was in fact the style I had tried on previously. Like I thought, the one I tried at another location must have been stretched out. There were 2 in my size & I bought the one that felt snuggest under my bust. I tried several other styles but decided this one was the best choice.

When I got home I was feeling very motivated to do my yoga/ exercise routine. I may hang the swimsuit in my closet in a visible spot to remind me every day to stay motivated. We also got our afternoon walk in. It rained sporadically during the day but I got some windows of sun.

We planned to pick up Wings at our favorite Wing spot for dinner but when we pulled up there was a sign on the door saying they weren't doing their Sun./ Tues. Wing special due to cost of Wings. So, instead I decided to cook the chicken thighs I'd just bought & put a homemade Wing sauce on them. I made a salad to go with them.

Book Club tomorrow night. The host is making pork tenderloin & salmon. I decided to make sautéed green beans with bacon & feta to bring.

I'm going to work hard for the next 2 months to walk & exercise every day. I may cut my calories back for 2 weeks to a month before we leave for our beach trip to be a few pounds under goal. Then I can indulge a little while on Vacation 😁
145.0 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
