Working in the gardens today....fertilized the roses & blooming plants, pruned the roses a little, pulled weeds & gave the flamingos a bath 🦩🦩🛀 OK, they're yard art 😁 but they were pretty grimy. Mixed up a batch of hummingbird food. They have returned in abundance & are hungry little creatures.

Got an afternoon walk in but no yoga/ exercise today. After working in the heat most of the afternoon, I took a break.

I cooked yellow fin tuna & leftover shrimp for dinner with a salad.

When I was trying on swimsuits 👙 on Saturday, I showed my sister one style. I told her I felt naked....so maybe not quite, but exposed. I may feel different at the beach or pool but I'm not used to baring my midsection in public. She said the swimsuit was cute, but she got it. She's not going to wear a 2 piece. She's 3 1/2 years younger & looks slimmer cause she's also taller than me. I'm still determined to find a 2 piece swimsuit I like.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
