Having a hard time navigating everything. Not sure how to upload pictures other than in the food area. The RDI seems so high too, especially for someone who doesn't get to workout often. I'm making my own small changes here and there though. Did really well on paying attention to what I was consuming yesterday and even managed a quick workout with a friend in her pool. Today is house cleaning and I am already dreading it. Uggh rainy Saturday has me down.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
