Normal functioning was suspended during three days in hospital with the little one. We are all safely back home now and I’m back in control of my meal options and snacks. Can almost feel the heavy heartburn-inducing toasted cheese and chips loaded carbs flushing from my system with lots of water and homemade soup!
186.3 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
