Finally a drop after weighing in at exactly the same weight for four days. I wasn’t gaining either, so I was grateful for that. Does the weight just plateau sometimes?
119.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have had a plateau for 4 weeks now despite being really good with my food. But I think it will shift soon, I can feel the water coming off. Hang in there, it will happen soon
