A sigh of relief this morning....weight stayed the same. Wasn't sure after going over in calories yesterday with that at slice of carrot cake after dinner.

Third day of doing my exercises outside in a row 😁🧘‍♀️ I added some beginner yoga poses to the routine today. I'm hoping to build up my strength, flexibility & lose some inches. Since I haven't been consistent, I haven't really seen any change in inches. I've actually been about the same in inches for months now. I'm doing some light weights for my arms....really light. Hopefully I can increase them over time.

Hubby & I are going out shopping after I shower. I'm looking for some seat cushions for my chairs for the deck table. My old ones are faded & don't match my new umbrella anymore.

Not sure what's for dinner yet. It's wing night at our local place....considered getting some to go. But, I might buy something to cook while we're out.

145.2 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like a good plan. 😊 I originally put a small area of grass in my side yard/garden to do yoga out there. Hasn't happened yet. 😕 I hope you find what you're looking for for your outdoor chairs. 👍😊

Could get shrimp and yellow/red peppers & red onions to skewer on the BBQ, for al fresco dining on the new deck seat cushions. Fresh mangoes for dessert, maybe rinsed down with a chilled Riesling or gin & tonics with fresh lime wedges. 💗 Summer!

It's pretty easy to lose weight in the summer if we keep things simple and lightweight. All the calories in the meal that I listed are in the drinks!

That's what I'm doing today and tomorrow. Leftover shrimp and fruit which is berries and melon. 😋

JustBananas, That menu sounds really good and I could have had that...I bought all the ingredients at Kroger. But, it was raining when we got home so no barbecuing. We had pizza & a nice salad for dinner.
