Lunch out with my sister today @ Outback. I had the Coconut Shrimp and a salad with Tangy tomato dressing. Although the shrimp were good they weren't as good as I remembered. Hubby & I used to order them as an appetizer then have a full meal with a salad as well.

I stopped at Costco to pick up a few necessities....Boom Chika Pop Kettle Corn, Safies organic Pickled beets, Montreal Steak Seasoning & a Rotisserie chicken. Hubby warned me a shopping spree at Costco wasn't in the budget today but I needed these items 😁 I picked up some more stuff in another grocery store, but in single meal quantities. I bought Mahi Mahi, Salmon, Shrimp, Sirloin steaks & Lamb chops for some future meals. I did score gas at a good (lower) price @ Costco. $2.75 a gallon was good for our area since the Pipeline hacking has created gas shortages & raised prices.

The weather was perfect today & I was happy to get out for our afternoon walk.

I made a nice big salad for dinner & sliced up some of the Rotisserie chicken to go on top. I must admit I couldn't resist seconds on the chicken 😋 I still came in under my goal calories...even with some vanilla frozen yogurt for dessert.

I'm challenging myself to work on getting in shape enough by the ene of August, when we're doing our Girls Beach Trip to wear at least one 2 peice swimsuit. Not a bikini....don't have the body for that...but one that shows skin between the top & bottom. I've worn tankinis for many years now, but I want to go bit more daring! I don't necessarily think there needs to be a weight loss, but some firming up is in order. I'll be a month short of my 66th Birthday when we go. I have about 3 months to make this happen.

144.0 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
