It’s been a rough couple of days. I overate yesterday and didn’t weigh or track today. Great yoga class taught by my fiancé though, and got some stuff done, talked to loved ones. Feeling better and will be back on track tomorrow.
144.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
