I have been struggling with breastfeeding this past week, and although I’m aware that there could be a lot of explanations, I really don’t want to jeopardize my production because of my weight goals. so I decided to take a step back and maybe go at it again when everything goes back to normal. I’ll try to keep logging and be accountable, but my priorities have changed.
183.9 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
