The past 2 days I ate under 1800 calories....today I made up for it. Book Club tonight....lots of yummy food. I brought an appetizer tray with Olive Tampenade Hummus, baby carrots, red globe grapes, olives, sharp cheddar slices, pita crackers. There was another appetizer tray of pineapple, melon, grapes & these yummy red peppers stuffed with cream cheese. Also, sausage & cheese dip with chips. The main course was salmon, a salad with sliced apple & goat cheese and a rice and veggie salad. Dessert was Coconut Poke cake....Skinny Mojitos to drink. I had a bit of everything but didn't really overdo it. My calories are estimated and I did go over by a few hundred. It was so nice to be together, in person with everyone, I totally never thought about taking any photos 😁💕 I won't even be mad if I'm up tomorrow.

I cleaned the stairs and decks leading down to the river this afternoon of all the debris that's collected over the last few months. I have my step count turned on on my phone. I don't feel like it was accurate today. All the effort I put into the job I had to have burned more than 60 calories 😒

Everyone at Book Club asked how I managed to get thinner during
Covid while everyone else was gaining. My only explanation was it was the one thing I could control. I'm not sure how I was able to successfully maintain. I do attribute some of my success to all the support from all of you here on FS. ❤
144.2 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
