good day here at Assisted Living. Had a resident question and answer session with the owner and the top dogs. Some complaints Mercy it's a great place to live good food too good. Trying to keep the 1500 calories the weight is coming off slower now. Slow and steady wins the race. wish I could get that in my thick skull and believe it. Thank you anyone who reaches out. Was supposed to go to a 12-step meeting AA tonight but my ride did not pick me up. I do not drive anymore. Been a long time since I've been to a meeting. Could sneak booze in if I wanted to do they take us to the grocery store three times a weak. I know this is not the topic of this platform but anyone out there going to 12 step meetings love to hear from you thanks.
