So, I upped my calorie allowance yesterday and still finished out the day under 1800 calories....and I ate everything I wanted including wine with dinner and Boom Chika Pop kettle corn for dessert. And I had an afternoon snack of half an avocado, hummus, bagel crisps & Pickled okra. Today, I thought I might not do as well. Hubby invited our friends from next door over for afternoon cocktails. We had some snacks & I had Bon & Viv hard seltzer. I have entered my dinner calories & I'm still looking pretty good.

I got my hair done today. It's shorter & lighter blond all over. I was definitely due for a good trim! My hair is thick so the longer it gets, the weight kind of drags it down. I could avoid that if I washed it everyday, but who wants to do that 😏

Dinner is Sweet Italian sausage (had 2 left in the fridge), Saurkraut, left over limas and sliced tomatoes. Going simple tonight.

We did get in a walk late afternoon. LC I took a photo of a cute cat I'm posting for you ☺🐈‍⬛ Her pose was adorable. We also attracted the attention of one of the puppies in the neighborhood. I should have snapped a pic of him. He usually has stayed in his yard & watched us walk by with our dogs. Today he decided to come say hello 👋


144.8 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
