"Official" weigh in day. Today I am very grateful to be back on track weight wise.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Reading your bio is inspiring! Also, in past post I saw you referenced Brene brown. I love her work. She has made a positive impact on my life. She, and writer Anne Lamott. I have read most everything they have published, and re-read them, and try very hard to put their words into changing my actions for the good.
