Disappointed in lack of progress but all things considered I'm confident that I'll be able to keep the weight under 200 in the upcoming weeks. Need to focus on daily walk and cutting out sugar and wheat products and drink more water.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
