Legs were wrecked yesterday from the Tuesday leg workout. We went for our 3.5 mile walk and chilled last night. Hitting chest and arms today. Let’s gooooo!
223.8 lb Lost so far: 67.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
