free of sugar since Saturday today is Thursday my brain is working I've organized all my paperwork called a lot of people that I've been meaning to call went to the dentist this morning went to exercise and bingo had lasagna for dinner didn't overdo it no sugar today a little more than 1700 calories but quite close great day good job
