My calorie count was good yesterday, partially due to me being out all afternoon. I arrived home just in time to get a snack of apple slices and cheese before our afternoon walk. I didn't feel hungry until I got home.

I mentioned my unpleasant experience searching for a bra yesterday. A week ago I found a beautiful long, print, floaty Spring dress for my niece's wedding in May. It fits beautifully & is flattering....and met the approval of the 4 ladies shopping with me. I picked it up from the seamstress (shortened) & headed to the Mall. I had what I thought I needed in mind. I determined I needed strapless cause of the cut in shoulders. All of the strapless & the one bodysuit style I tried on were AWFUL! I had to be a contortionist to even get into them & then felt like I was in a vice. I imagined wearing them for several hours & I was in tears. I was beginning to regret buying a dress that required special undergarments. I don't usually wear a bra...I wear a tank with a shelf bra. And I seldom do "shape wear". These days I wear clothing that is flattering & comfortable without it. I had decided to buy the bodysuit but keep looking. I asked the return policy of the Angel 😇💖 that ended up helping me. She made a couple of suggestions that I didn't think would work. I asked if they had any bandeau style bras. I had looked but didn't find any. She led me to a table & selected a couple for me to try on. I tried one & could have hugged & kissed her!! Just what I needed & comfortable! I tried to describe to Hubby after I got home how excruciating it all was, but couldn't find the words.

Chicken for dinner tonight....still deciding how to prepare it.
144.2 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
