Well, I’m back after 4 days of not tracking... I could feel guilty about it, but I choose not to. I really needed to put my attention somewhere else, I enjoyed myself, and I’m back :)
185.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
