I must be doing something right...inching downwards. I'm good calorie wise for the day so far & I've walked a lot. I went to the mall to look for strapless bra to wear under my dress for the wedding. Figured out any other style would still show with the cutout neckline. It wasn't a great experience....in fact I was almost in tears at one point. But I did find a bandeaux style that works so I'm good now.

Just back from our afternoon walk and it's time to feed the dogs & make dinner. I forgot to defrost anything for dinner so looks like I'm going to whip up the PF Chang's frozen Orange Chicken meal for dinner.
144.8 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
