Still hanging in around 145. I was 2 to 3 lbs. lower last summer & I think I'd like to be there again. That means I'll have to either cut back a little or get more active. I haven't had the motivation to do either lately 😕.

Gave my garden bench a 2nd coat of stain today. It's really more for looks, cause the wood has deteriorated after a lot of years. I'm trying to get one more year and it will probably need to be replaced.

Our hot water heater is on the blink. Hubby is attempting to replace a heating element. It's an old heater, so we may end up needing to buy a new water heater.

I baked a sweet potato for my dinner last night. (Along with a pork chop & asparagus) It turned out really tasty. The flavor had the perfect sweetness. I added some Smart Balance olive oil spread & light sour cream. (just a little). It was a large potato so I'd thought I'd eat half, but decided to go with the whole thing. Hubby doesn't care for sweet potato so I don't usually cook them. I think I may just have to do what I did last night & substitute a white potato for him.
