Dinner is in the oven....sheet pan veggies & smoked sausage with farfalle pasta.

Took a spin around the park this afternoon. A small "Arts in the Park" event. I saw an old friend there...she was helping her friend with her booth.

Hubby got the bird feeder up on the deck today, so we should be able to fill it & enjoy the birds.

I've been feeling a bit hungrier. Trying to eat smart.

146.0 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am a birding nut Sherrye, so I am glad to hear your feeder is going up.👍 My feeder isn’t very busy lately as I have a Cooper’s Hawk sitting on the fence lately and wild feral cats sitting below it.🙃 Happy Saturday night!🌸
