in spite of too much fat

enforced stay at home due to temp. brrrr

will need to keep busy so i don't give in to grazing. I have some more cleaning projects in mind and there is always knitting.

i don't need to eat just because i "feel" hungry. today will be a trial but a good exercise.

ok, last food at 5 pm. sipping on wine but no food. all good!
202.2 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
