a new day

doing well. no straight carbs so far. I can do it.

first food at 8:30 a.m.last food at 5:30pm. 9 hour spread.

feel a bit peckish. I know it is the carbs calling but as it is almost 7pm i won't have any more food at all. neecdto decrease the fat in my diet.
202.4 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
