I started Fastic last week, and I feel like it's helping quite a bit. My body must not metabolize at all if there's food in the stomach, especially at night. This app has gotten me off the craziness of binge eating at night. It's not easy, and I fight hunger - especially yesterday. The nice thing about it is that you can eat most anything (within reason) during your non-fasting period which is an 8 hour window. I hope and pray it continues to help me.
266.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 46.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
