I’m still bewildered by my seemingly true gain in one week: 7 pounds 😳

This child in my belly is so large, his shifting of a shoulder or bending of an arm is a very intense feeling of pressure and eeriness. I’m just getting ready to have him, 30 days and counting. 30 pounds total gained
241.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

So excited for you to have this baby. I know it has been tough on you. It's hard to enjoy all the phases of pregnancy if your body isn't cooperating, such as your sickness. Hoping for the best for you.

At the end the weight seems to come quick! 30 lbs is good! Breastfeeding will help you drop back to pre-pregnancy weight! Congrats Mama!

I gained 38, 36, and 32 with my babies, respectively (although they kept getting bigger!)...more with the first one because of water weight/preeclampsia. I lost 27 of the 38 lbs by the time I left the hospital 2 days after my first was born. You’re doing great! Remember that he’s putting on proportionally much more weight the last few weeks. Watch for sudden swelling of feet, hands, face, but otherwise look forward to having a big, beautiful bouncing baby before you know it!

Kay you’re supposed to gain 30 pounds when you have a baby that’s normal! Man, you’ll be losing it with the kids and a baby that’s a lot of work! I too was sick my whole nine months - it was awful, but well worth it! Wow, you’re almost there to greet the little one! How fun!!! I wouldn’t get on a scale right now until afterwards, to discouraging, and nothing you can really do about it. Remember, you can’t deprive the little one, so hard with all the cravings too! Well have a Happy Blessed Sunday!🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

I gained like that towards the end... she ended up being 9.5 pounds. Sounds like you are in the home stretch!

Is this your first? I had my first at a young age. I have two sons. Both are taller than I. They were both long and heavy. The first son weighed 8 lbs. 1 oz. & my 2nd son was 8 lbs. 4 oz. almost 9 lbs. I didn't want to have anymore bc, for me, it was getting scarier and scarier bc they were getting bigger and bigger and I'm only 5'2". I was 5'3" back then. Anyways, my first son was 23 1/2 hrs of hard labor & my 2nd son busted my water-bag. I was rushed, by my big sis & ex-husband, to the hospital. As soon as I got there, I was prepped. There was no time for an enema & I had just had my baby-shower that same eve. So, first came a spot of poop, then came the baby boy. It's all fun, though. I hope all goes well with your pregnancy/delivery. Give in to the cravings and please don't deprive that sweet-baby of anything she/he wants to eat. Even if you just taste it. You don't have to eat it all nor continue eating 'till you can't anymore. All will be well. Stay happy, positive, and don't worry. :)

Pregnancies can be tough but it is all worth it. Takes a lot of patience in the countdown to birth. ((Hugs))
