20 Pounds down! It has been 3 months of hard work. Living in a calorie deficit is a difficult thing to get used to. All the love, support and encouragement I see being given freely on this site has made this journey so much softer. I am grateful for finding this community. Amen! I too, sometimes find it quite difficult to eat so much less than what I'd really like to be eating. *sigh* oh, how I miss pizza... :) You can do this! Me too!
