That is strange. have you noticed any fat loss? Are your clothes more loose? Some people lose fat before they see it on the scale. Do you work out? Are you getting enough liquids? Are you following the diet as written? If your clothes are more loose or you have noticed a change in body composition then the diet is working, just not on the scale yet. If not, maybe try something else or do some research to find out why it might not be working. Good luck!

First let me say that I am sorry you have reached a frustrating point. I know that when things don't move along as fast as we'd like it can be so disconcerting. I did take some time to look over your diet menu to see what you've been eating. (1) Not every day was accounted for. Not knowing everything you have eaten can make it hard for you (and others trying to help) to know exactly what you've been eating - and to look for hidden carbs (2) No water / no beverage was listed, except for coffee. It is absolutely imperative to drink a minimu of 64oz of water daily. It is a must. It also expedites fat loss. Atkins is meant to be a powerful diuretic. Also, if you have been drinking diet sodas or other drinks, they do account for some extra carbs, which could have taken you over your carb allotment for the day. (3) Veggies were evident on only several days on your diet calendar. The first set of diet menus I observed included no vegetables whatsoever. Gotta get your veggie intake up, consistently, daily (4) I noticed you've been eating the Atkins bars. Gosh I love those things. But I have learned that they are made with sugar alcohols which often cause many of us to stall. Because you did not enter your food every day - I can't see the frequency with which you are consuming the bars - but my advice would be to stop them alltogether, or cut them up into small pieces and only eat one piece a day, which would cause your consumption of sugar alcohols to be minimal (5) Sometimes deli meats and such have hidden carbs because they are cured in brown sugar and other things that are not induction-friendly. Just read all the labels - check out all the ingredients. (6) If you've had a bad day -or one cheat- in those days that were not accounted for, just understand that it takes at least 4 days for the 'bad carbs' to leave your body. It can take up to 3-12 days for you to get back into ketosis again. My advice would just to focus on having a clean induction. If you do this diet correctly you absolutely will lose weight. I wish you all the best success.
