Well no weight loss but no gain either so i guess that is a positive. Slow and steady wins the race I guess. I keep going over so my goal today is not to go over on my calorie count. Get to the gym is another goal. All the bad weather has kept me from going there and yes i could have worked out at home but my family would not have given me the time with all their demands.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
