So I went over my calories by like 2000 calories and ate so much carbs .. but I think because we were rowing 🚣‍♀️ and hiking 🥾, it seemed to balance out becos today I am the same weight. Till next weeks weigh in 😌
152.6 lb Lost so far: 37.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
