Gained back some of the muscle mass this week, as I had lost nearly 3lbs last week. It had moved over to the “fat” location......😜😜.

Attempted the “Acid Bath” exercise routine yesterday and realized why they call it this. Finished in 6:42, so not to bad for the “elder” group 😎😎

I’m ready for my Sunday recovering time!!
164.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thx for asking. I am in week 6 & feeling in the two (2) pain level. I can actually raise it above my head, but not quite straight up. Hope to be in the 75% level within the next two weeks. 😎
