Interesting weigh in ....I believe the decline is mainly the “muscle” side & is due to limited amounts allowed on my left side. It looks strange doing DB Chest Press with a 45 & 10lbs. Luckily everyone in the gym knows about my shoulder replacement.

Even PU are a challenge 💪💪😜😜
163.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
