Well....I know I have been eating badly but I’m changing. Getting the carbs out of the house, some by digestion :-), some by gifting. Slowly shifting back to protein and minimizing carbs.
235.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
