Not all the medication in the world can help me with my cramps right now. Oh, the joys of being a woman haha. Work outs have been light to moderate.
As always, fruits, veggies and some light protein. I'm trying to keep sodium down too.
163.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
