Ehhh so annoying to be under 1000 calories every day for 5 days and only a pound comes off...although have to admit I ate more carbs this week. On the bright side, at least it went down and not up....but I’m still annoyed. 🙄🙂
265.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm just curious, why are you eating so few calories?

Sbux- no specific reason per se, but, I can’t really do the typical fasting that others can do because I have hypoglycemia, so keeping calories down is sort of a compromise to at least keep blood sugar from going too low....and I was trying to push through a bit of a stall but that tactic didn’t really help.
