Very frustrated. I seem to have plateaued. I know I should be grateful that I haven't gained and I am. Just really love the feeling when I see it paying off.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
